ProofTools.io may process uploaded files to calculate SHA-256 hashes, generate proof certificates, produce evidence reports, and create technical verification records.
The current beta version may store technical hashes and metadata for verification records. Original uploaded files are processed for hash calculation and report generation and should not be treated as permanently retained unless expressly stated by the relevant tool.
Public QR verification pages may expose submitted metadata such as file name, record ID, product information, notes, hashes, and timestamps. Users should not submit confidential, sensitive, personal, regulated, or third-party information unless they have the right to do so.
